Service:
Activities Supporting The State University of New York at Fredonia
In this section, I explain how I have served SUNY Fredonia. My service commitments demonstrate an obligation I feel towards promoting widespread understanding and appreciation of the importance of communication in our everyday lives. When deciding how I can best serve the university, I ask myself if the opportunity enables me to use my knowledge about communication, pedagogy, technology, and civic engagement to advance the university's mission to educate, challenge, and inspire students to become skilled, connected, creative, and responsible global citizens and professionals. I begin this section with an overview of the key service positions I have held during this review period.
